Fitness routine on the regulata

How can you build a regular fitness routine?

Hi, me. I did a month of exercises for abs. It worked out pretty good. You just got to stick with the routine and you will see results. I love my new neck and shoulder weight. Exercise weight, you strap it to your forehead and lift your neck and your head.  And it works great.

Le Rock n Roll must be nurtured by repetive quickly played licks on the axes, a Gibson Les Paul Sunburst does the trick.

      2. Ohhhh the 5 hr work call! Unreal! Ya, you’re not alone, today I was told to snail mail P.E.I.??? to retrieve my business # it before an unrealistic filling catch date in June…..2nd call>>took a chance because I KNOW the gov. here!! She found my b.# in less than 5 minutes. Every info. person working at the gov. here is VERY different, 2nd-3RD opinions are major, lol.
        I wish you a perfect rest time coming up for you!!!

    1. Thanks! It feels great to use, my neck and shoulders need to be strengthened, a slight injury I have at my neck…..ouch!😁
