Fitness routine on the regulata

How can you build a regular fitness routine?

Hi, me. I did a month of exercises for abs. It worked out pretty good. You just got to stick with the routine and you will see results. I love my new neck and shoulder weight. Exercise weight, you strap it to your forehead and lift your neck and your head.  And it works great.

Le Rock n Roll must be nurtured by repetive quickly played licks on the axes, a Gibson Les Paul Sunburst does the trick.
