I cooked my 1st turkey yesterday and it went flying out the window and landed in a convertible and was last seen hurtling down the 417 to Clearence. No, lol! It went awesome!! So much meat! I put celery at the bottom of the pan, spread butter all over it, took out the neck and gibblets, then added basil, cilantro and oregano. Then 375° F for a couple hours and wam bam thank you ham I’m in business! Hahaha!!!! my cats are cute and hop around playing. My gum is pulsing and hurts in that good hurty feeling???? I read from Albert Einstein’s Essays on Humanism, he wrote a letter to the U.N. and Russian scientist responded with their own angle and I have yet to finish up this chapter by then reading Mr. Einstein’s response. A world governance committee with humanist control on weapons etc. Great stuff!

I restarted the Duolingo app with Korean, Italian and a couple more languages.
