Hi, I eliminated the new workout month plan and am setting up a new one.

50-100 neck lifts

25-40 push-ups

35-? Sit ups

50 count plank

50 count scissor kicks

50-200 makiwara uchi both hands

Everyday, one month, I start tomorrow Wednesday the 29th of April-29th of May.

Plus I’m in the mood to add shotokan drills.
