Ludwig Van Beethoven quote

“Music is the one incorporeal entrance into the higher world of knowledge which comprehends mankind but which mankind cannot comprehend.”

Me, I feel this quote when I play the Lute Suite #4 in eM 1st movement by J. S. Bach on my classical guitar. I’ve played it well, slower a bit, I didn’t rip it like the violinsts do when I owned it, but it was classy and perfect, according to my teacher at the time too, a major player some. There are two descending series of three notes that start with a major 3rd and two unison tonics and from there it’s just heaven to get lost in!!

What musical interpretation do you guys get lost in?😁

Here it is>>> The GREAT Manuel Barrueco playing!! (I played it at about this speed actually) but Barrueco is AMAZING isn’t he?

Cheers!!!

Enjoy your nights/days!!!

    1. My pleasure!! You know I had a guitar teacher, really really good all that and HE introduced me to Barrueco. When he put these suites on on lp> he drooled bigtime on the record cover, lol, I was like 16 and we all would laugh about my Bach drooling maestro hahahahahahaha!!!!
