The great St-Francis of Assisi’s name was actually John. His dad was a cloth vendor and the dude travelled to France a lot from Italia and thus from his business travels he pleasantly nick-named his rich son “Franky”. I’ve read many biographies of his, seven I think, he didn’t read or write too good, signed what he did “TAU”, his buddy brother Leo was a cool dude, they were tight, and Clare! Sister Clare!? One day the peeps down in the village were startled by a sudden eclipsing fire up on Mount Verna which was a mount. that at one point was given to the leader of the order. So the villagers freaked and some climbed up the mountain trails to see up close….they came upon>>>Francis and Clare having a devinely inspiring wholly engrossing passionate conversation.
Unreal!!
So, it’s also wild to state that we had a Pope, Pope Francis, who of course took his name from the Saint of wildlife, and this name is derived from a nick-name given to the son of a travelling businessman who often muled it to France to sell and pick up his wears.
Pretty chill world hey?

Salut!!!!!
