What makes a teacher great?

Supportive, I was sober but smoked a lot, counterpoint lessons at bars here. I wasn’t going to drink, but he didn’t bug me about it and was impressed. Good references. Tanglewood with Leonard Bernstein. Pierre Boulez.

Doctorate in the field.

Was the conductor of a youth orchestra, he was prepping me to work there, but plans changed.

He recites Baudelaire remarkably,

At a school that I clean in the mornings, primary, once was a high-school I went to to finish two credits, I had to analyze a poem from this author of Les Fleurs Du Mal>>> It was the author walking down the street and hearing footsteps on the other side…….who’s…….His own, and well.

BUT, L’Ennemi is fantastic

L’Ennemi

Traversé çà et là par de brillants soleils;

— Charles Baudelaire

So, a good mind, memory, passion.

And cool to hang with. A good friend.

    1. The orchestra? I played double bass in, after he quit, another very nice teacher took over, he said he wanted me to take this spot, forget time line, I ended up prefering to do deliveries in Montreal, I wanted labour😃
