What are your favorite physical activities or exercises?
Hi, me I REALLY enjoy suburi, kendo, straight cut, naname (diagonal). I have a bokuto, a Chinese katana, and a shinai. I practice most every day. I may start up kendo classes again.
Jogging is out of the question! I used to do 10 laps at the park tracks in Montreal with 50 push-ups at every lap. Not anymore, lol! I can hardly make it to my bathroom….lol no no
