What strategies do you use to cope with negative feelings?

Caffeine from tea, coffee, chocolate. And a good meal, some music, a great movie.

I watched Pink Floyd The Wall last night again, it had been ages, Waiting for the Worms is my favorite song from the album.

It’s outdated. Roger Waters was charged in eastern Europe someplace for being on stage dressed like his hammer nazi leader! I can’t blame them really, anyways. It’s a psychological madness Pink has, no one followed him.

Wishing you guys a great day! Everyone! All cultures!!!!! BEAUTIFUL WE ALL ARE!!! When I was little in primary school we were all black and white, there were no asian, middle-eastern, southeast asian, Filipino. Now the city is a vibrant heart beating with the blood of ALL excellent cultures. Ottawa has firmed up. I’m  careful with the n. word myself because although it’s in a lot of rap, some do not like it too much, lol!! Oprah hates it, Don Cheadle likes it> he says it empowers, but….a white guy using it sounds so STUPID and everybody gets uncertain about what will happen next after it is mouthed, lol!! It depends on A LOT, right? The mood. But, I’m REALLY careful, I think they RULE!!!!. Anyways,
