Happy Thanksgiving

(Au Canada tabarnac!😉)

“In Canada, it’s not so linked to the Pilgrim story, either — it’s much more a harvest festival.” This is echoed by Lauralee Ledrew, a Newfoundland farmer and guesthouse owner who was born out West in Alberta to a family with East Coast Acadian and Mi’kmaq First Nations heritage.

Why does Thanksgiving exist in Canada?
On January 31, 1957, the Governor General of Canada Vincent Massey issued a proclamation stating: “A Day of General Thanksgiving to Almighty God for the bountiful harvest with which Canada has been blessed – to be observed on the second Monday in October.”

I made this!!!!

So it’s chicken thighs, russet (my mom’s favorite!!) Potatos, bok choy, Asian greens, and Korean gochujiang paste (I can’t get enough of this jazz!)

Soon I make a billion phone calls, I am not visiting anyone this year and did not call for a ride because I like my flat and car videos!! My E-moto rides for 65k if that so I don’t want to have to accidentally push it back from a visit up North.

Merci!!!
