Middle East a bit

Hi, at around the same time the young prince Siddhartha was hanging out in the Indian tiger ridden lush forests of his homeland, hanging fron trees like a bat, injesting horrid things in self-mortification, and of course throwing it all aside with a brilliant wave to sit quiet and achieve his illuminating thought processes.

A man named Cyrus II, a Persian war lord, outstanding leader, and rolemodel to many set about conquering what would be his empire. About from where Iran is to the far west, 5.5 million square kilometres, he conquered. The Achaemenid Empire it was. So, my point is, this dude freed the Jews from Babylon, helped them build their second temple, ushered in the Second Jewish Temple era, and is the only non-Jewish person protected by their decree of honour as a messiah of type AND…..he was Persian.

I like this guy!!

And it just goes to show that these two really not-so seperate (because love sure as hell does happen) “tribes” “people” although now fortified by the severe and intimate relationship between practitioner and the Quranic God Allah in a wondrously fascinating religion to the blogger here, can and should share a moment of approval, peace, and understanding, once again.

Merci.

Nico
