What foods would you like to make?
Hi, I suppose some fresh pasta through a press thing. A dark boef bourguignon, lots of red wine and pepper. Miso soup with stewing beef, fresh greens added. Spaghettini, with a thick tomato sauce.
Cacio e pepe!!! I’ve tried to make it myself, it turned out close to what I saw on t.v. but no, I MUST order a serving next time I’m at a classy joint.
