X-Men and Wolverine

Wolverine was invented in a wave of post Vietnam war antiheros that hit pop culture at the time. To me he’s the grumpy guy in the bush doing the right thing for his friends without the need for mega public accolades.

His first appearance was in The Incredible Hulk 181, Canadian dude, samurai some, X-Men, and very entertaining as Patch in Madripoor. I’ve read and own the first two issues of this series that hit the stands in 19[88] (great number!!!). I think a T.V. series based on these adventures would be magnificent. Come on Disney!!! I’m well read in the new series that came out in 2020. I own, it must be the first 15 issues at least. They’re good! There is also -Wolverine Black White And Blood- Which is quite graphic.

I’ve set it upon myself to watch all the X-Men and Wolverine movies in chronological order starting tonight. I will attempt to watch one a day.

Claremont named him Logan from Mount Logan in the Yukon, the highest peak in Canada. Ehm, quote: “the idea was the tallest mountain being the name of the shortest character”.

Thank you and wish me luck, my T.V. is only 10 feet across lol! No no Lol! It’s a smaller screen I own.

Cheers!!!

Nico
