This is now by far my favorite room.
Pretty cool hey?
Played Bach lute suites #2 and #4 both preludes today, plus some other shorter pieces. I bought a Yulong Guo classical a couple years ago and it was a beautiful looking guitar, amazing grain, just an exceptional instrument, and a case I really wanted to take a nap in, something I was fond of doing at Le Domaine Forget Academy in the hills of the Charlevoix in those little wood practice huts that dotted the mountains. but basically this luthier made a 10 000$ cad end guitar for a price tag of 2-3000$ cad. He won 2nd place in a luthier competition in Spain. BUT, it was tricky to play because I tend to file my nails at a slant which allows for a slight angle of the hand as well giving the strings a very nice tone in my opinion, very warm and good BUT, by simply straightening my hand I can brighten up the sound as well. So the Chinese guitar was not playable with this technique unfortunately and I tried real hard to use the other style but nah. Anyways, I sold the Guo and eventually I got another Yamaha Classical, a trusted brand of mine, perfect instrument for me, they’re really well made. I may buy a higher-end model sometime, but this one rocks for now. Love to play>>>>So many new pieces to try, re-learn, correct etc. and compose!

Cheers, thank you for reading!!!
