Hi, me I suppose I would tell him to save a bit more and invest in good dividend stocks and of course buy btc at .0000?. And also to take a martial art class and not quit, like I did with aikido, but that’s fine, now I’m 110% there with kendo and shotokan, so that’s fine.

Get a loan from the bank, invest in a real-estate property with a downpayment, collect rent, cover all expenses, mortgage, fixes, prop. taxes, bank. Wait 5 years and the property value rises, take the value % of the property, around 80% of value between purchase price and evaluated price (I’m told) from the bank, put downpayment and mortgage on a new place, charge rent, wait 5 years, then I don’t know>>>>repeat, live off the rent and value, OR, sell it all at a major flip increase! But for one abode to live in. $$$ to travel and interesting working life style.

Oh! Buy Amazon, Alphabet etc. real low. Lol!
