Hi, wishing you all a great day! Yesterday, a bud of mine, after 1 year plus 2-4 months, was able to skip the yellow Shotokan belt and attain orange after a grueling test!
I am going to practice my ass off!!!!!
So, I wrote up a list of karate techniques to perfect!
It really is amazing, Shotokan Karate.
I’m really happy to be in the class!!!!
I’m going to Cuba with the Sensei and others in January!!!
Like a conductor jokingly told me in Montreal once, “Hey Nicholas? Cul Bas! Hahahaha!….” while gest to a female.😯
Never been! Can’t wait!
I really want that Cuban beach scene with the surf, peeps, and cars!!!!!
And enjoying a strong coffee ☕️!
