What daily habit do you do that improves your quality of life?
Yes, everyday I do some suburi with katana, bokuto, and sometimes shinai, shadow boxing, and I try to get in some karate moves too, oizuki, uki, kata, and strength building exercises.
Another is drinking a pitcher of Matcha tea with cut up ginger and a couple spoonfuls of frozen orange juice, one tbsp of Matcha powder in.
Then for work almost every morning I walk fairly fast paced for 2 1/2 hours with only three breaks.
